Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is one of four schools within Jönköping University. JIBS is recruiting Assistant Professors in Business Administration with one or a combination of specializations in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Organization, Responsible Digitalization and AI, and Strategy. We are seeking a candidate specialized in Entrepreneurship. The candidate should have experience with entrepreneurial activities (e.g., as business developer or founder) and an interest in entrepreneurial ventures that support environmental goals and/or societal transformation. For the position on Responsible Digitalization and AI, we are looking for a candidate focused on the social and organizational impact of digital business transformation, digital business models, the responsible use of AI, and an interest in the possibilities of using new forms of digital data in research and collaboration projects. For the position in Sustainable Organization, we are looking for a candidate focused on the organizational behaviour of sustainable organizations, for example their leadership and change behaviours, as well as their role in the development of new markets and organizational fields. For the position in Strategy with focus on strategic development for competitiveness, we are looking for a candidate focused on topics such as strategy processes and practice, strategic change, global strategy, and project management.
