Hva vi ser etter We are looking for a skilled, passionate and experienced butcher who is ready to take responsibility for our fresh meat department at EUROSPAR Moa in Ålesund, Norway. The ideal candidate combines traditional butchery skills with leadership abilities, commercial understanding and a genuine passion for quality meat. Qualifications and personal qualities: Professional experience as a butcher, preferably in a supermarket or retail meat department. Strong knowledge of meat cutting, preparation, presentation and quality control. Experience in leading or supervising a team, or the ambition to develop into a leadership position. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards. A passion for customer service and sharing knowledge about meat and cooking. Ability to work independently, take responsibility and motivate colleagues. Good communication skills in English. Willingness to learn Norwegian is an advantage. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the success of our department.
