Z43’s dedicated mission is to expand the knowledge and technology for (i) characterization, optimization, and application of the electromagnetic (EM) near\-field, (ii) predictive modeling of interactions between physical agents and physiology in complex anatomies, and (iii) medical applications. We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on legal professional to manage and support contractual and corporate documentation in an international research and technology environment. The position covers legal matters across all Z43 organizations and serves as the interface between the researchers and the external legal counsel. **Your challenges:** * Review, draft, revise, and coordinate contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents * Support corporate matters and maintain related documentation * Handle documentation for scientific collaborations, including research, project, data, and material agreements * Coordinate negotiations, approvals, signatures, and document records with internal and external stakeholders * Work closely with colleagues across the Z43 organization and take ownership of reviewing, drafting, preparing, and managing a wide range of legal and contractual documents * Develop and maintain templates, standard clauses, and efficient contract processe
