The role operates as a broad-based compliance generalist, providing practical guidance and support across the full spectrum of ethics and compliance matters. Working closely with WIRTGEN GROUP stakeholders and businesses and the broader Deere and Company Ethics and Compliance team, this role supports compliance program implementation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the continued alignment of WIRTGEN GROUP into Deere and Company’s enterprise compliance framework.
