As Line Lead, you will have a key leadership role with significant responsibility and impact. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations that support our transformation journey. You will lead daily operations, develop your team, and ensure strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Impact You'll Own Lead, plan, and develop production operations to ensure delivery of business objectives and performance targets. Build, coach, and develop the team to create a safe, engaged, and high-performing organization. Identify and eliminate losses through structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives. Support operational excellence and business transformation through successful implementation of new processes and ways of working. What You'll Do Lead daily production operations to achieve performance and business objectives. Coach and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and accountability. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company requirements. Monitor production performance using KPI’s and implement corrective actions. Identify and eliminate losses through structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives. Lead change initiatives, projects, and implementation of new ways of working.
