We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Industrial Operations solutions within the Industrial Work Surface (IWS) team. The Opportunity As Product Manager – Industrial Operations, you will work at the intersection of technology, industrial operations, and customer needs. Industrial Operations is the day-to-day execution and optimization of industrial facilities such as offshore platforms, refineries, power plants, manufacturing sites, and process industries. It involves monitoring performance, managing production, coordinating operational activities, responding to deviations, and making decisions that maximize safety, reliability, efficiency, and output. For Falkor's Industrial Work Surface, Industrial Operations typically includes: Performance monitoring Production optimization Operator workflows Shift handovers and reporting Operational task execution Alarm and event management Decision support Digital work processes AI-assisted operational insights You will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, designers, and domain experts to develop solutions that help industrial organizations improve operational performance, streamline workflows, increase visibility, and make better decisions.
