This position provides exposure to the real operational environment of a systematic investment firm, without requiring prior finance experience.requirements### About the customer:The company is based in Zug and develops its core trading and data infrastructure in\-house and operates with a lean, collaborative culture that encourages ownership and technical depth.### Requirements:**Must\-Haves*** Forthcoming or recent graduate (up to summer 2027 or up to \~1 years of professional experience).* Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and software design.* Proficiency in at least one object\-oriented or lower\-level programming language (C\#, C\+\+, Java, or preferred).* Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.* BSc/MSc in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.).* Self\-directed working style and clear, structured communication.* No prior finance or trading knowledge required.* Onsite 5 days a week based in Zug, London may also be an option as the team split between London and Zug is 50/50**Nice\-to\-Have*** Experience from internships, personal coding projects, or open\-source contributions.* Interest in system\-level problem solving, performance optimizatio
