Public Utilities Specialist (Business Analyst)

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in 1) gathering data and performing calculations and analysis to develops technical solutions; 2) recommend best options for reaching future business goals and defines, analyzes, and documents requirements at a project level; and 3) prepare and deliver presentations and briefings to customers and stakeholders. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience.
