To strengthen the consulting and commercial team, we are looking for a driven and client-facing personality as Senior Manager Consulting AI (m/f/d). In this role, you will lead high-impact AI and automation projects, work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to client development, proposal preparation and consulting delivery. Your responsibilities as Senior Manager Consulting AI (m/f/d) - Consulting & Delivery Leadership: Lead complex AI and automation projects from initial concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and tangible business outcomes for clients - Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted interface for senior client stakeholders, understand business needs and translate them into clear solution approaches - Commercial Development: Support account growth by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, RFPs and business cases, and contributing to new project opportunities, upselling and follow-on business - Solution Design & AI Strategy: Develop digital and AI-driven solution concepts, roadmaps and business cases that improve performance, reduce costs and create measurable user value - Project Team Coordination: Provide functional leadership to multidisciplinary project teams of consultants, developers and architects, depending on project scope and complexity - Workshops & Trainings: Design and facilitate client workshops, training sessions and decision-making formats around automation, AI use cases and transformation topics - Frameworks & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the further development of delivery frameworks, governance structures, execution playboo
