Military Grades: Enlisted SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Positions in this series range widely in type and include support duties to medical or health personnel such as audiologists, speech pathologists, medical officers, and optometrists. Therefore, technician experience is experience that required application of the knowledge, methods, and techniques of the position to be filled. Experience developing plans, procedures, goals and objectives in support of the Aerospace Medicine and Force Health Management Programs using an extensive knowledge of Department of Defense(DOD), Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), United States Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard (ANG) directives, policies and standards.
