Sous Chef

The Sous Chef coordinates activities of cooks and other workers engaged in preparing and cooking. Responsibilities Observe workers engaged in preparing, portioning, and garnishing foods to insure that methods of cooking and garnishing and sizes of portions are as prescribed.
