You will be the architect of our future, transitioning our core logic from a rules-based system to a predictive, fully Machine Learning-driven model that can anticipate and react to market shifts in real time.Your MissionAs the Senior / Lead AI Product Manager, you will own the algorithmic strategy that decides where our products go and when. You will lead the charge in rethinking our entire approach to inventory, leading with data science and building intelligent systems that ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time. You will be the critical link between data science, logistics, and commercial growth, with a mandate to build systems that create compounding value for the business.Own the EngineTake command of our current real-time inventory visibility and inventory allocation system, stabilizing its performance while masterminding its evolution into a world-class ML platform.Lead the ML Transition – Partner directly with Supply Chain Operations to build trust in algorithmic decision-making and guide the seamless transition to a fully automated, ML-powered model.Design the Brains – Partner closely with our Data Science & AI teams to architect and guide the development of ML optimization engines, optimizing first allocation (initial launch placement) and balancing the cost of over- vs. under-allocating across our global channels.Build the Future with AI Agents – Create and deploy real-time AI agents that scan news, social media, and market signals, automatically rebalancing our inventory ahead of the curve.Champion True Product Leadership – Drive a clear
