As a Floor Supervisor , you play a key role within our Housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton's quality standards while supporting and motivating the housekeeping team on a daily basis. You will be responsible for supervising operations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel, and ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.We are looking for a new Housekeeping Floor Supervisor for our Housekeeping team at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. What will I be doing? As Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operation, coordinate team activities, conduct quality inspections, and act as a point of contact for both team members and other departments. Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will help ensure a smooth operation while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. Specifically, a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: - Monitor and supervise the housekeeping team - Communicate and allocate work duties to the team - Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms - Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues - Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors - Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects - Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required...
