De Tre Nonner is a quality-focused restaurant with a Nordic-inspired kitchen , built around local products and suppliers. POSITIONS AVAILABLE 1 Head Chef 1 Sous Chef 1 Cook 2 Kitchen Assistants HEAD CHEF FOR Amalie Hotel: 1 Kitchen Assistant We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who can take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation at Hotel St. Elisabeth / De Tre Nonner. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef Strong à la carte experience Good knowledge of Nordic and quality-focused cooking Leadership and team-building skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility Key responsibilities: Menu development and continuous development of the restaurant concept Training and coaching kitchen staff Organizing work schedules and daily kitchen operations Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation IK-MAT food safety routines Ordering and stock control Monitoring and controlling food costs Building and developing a strong kitchen team The Head Chef will have the opportunity to shape the concept and menu at De Tre Nonner and build their own team in a small, close-knit operation with short decision paths and a real opportunity to influence daily operations.
