UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which indicates the candidate performed progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade. Must have experience supporting the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Serving as a point of contact for unit personnel and leadership regarding personnel management and administrative support. Experience assisting commanders, supervisors, and employees in understanding personnel policies and procedures.
