In this position, you will combine close and supportive leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery and continuous improvement. You will be an important member of the D&M management team, with the opportunity to influence both daily operations and the and the strategy of the business. About the role As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations within Machining D&M. Through visible, supportive and coaching leadership, you will develop the organization while keeping people, safety and performance at the center. You will have direct responsibility for a team of process operators and technicians. You will also work closely with colleagues within quality, engineering, maintenance and logistics to ensure that the organization achieves its targets. An important part of the role is to lead continuous improvement activities in line with HOS, the Husqvarna Operating System, and to ensure that the department meets our high standards for quality, delivery performance and operational efficiency.
