Café Manager

Maddie's is a family-run speciality coffee and ceremonial matcha café. Our first café is at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth, and our second opens at Westquay, Southampton, in December 2026, with more sites planned across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to train with us at Gunwharf, help build the Westquay team, then open and run the café. Train at our Gunwharf café before Westquay
