We are currently looking for: 1 Project Manager Pharma Division (all gender) What you will enjoy doing At ALPLApharma, we develop innovative packaging solutions and medical devices for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. As Global Project Manager - Injection Moulding, you will take ownership of international customer projects and drive them from the initial concept through industrialization to successful production. * Lead pharmaceutical packaging, closure and medical device projects from project kick-off through industrialization and production handover * Manage complex project portfolios involving multiple products, moulds, production sites and industrialization activities * Define and align customer requirements, product specifications, project scope and deliverables * Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams across Commercial, Quality, Operations, and Technical Procurement * Drive tooling, sampling, qualification, validation and production readiness activities * Identify and manage technical, operational, quality and project risks * Take ownership of project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication * Support industrialization, process development and manufacturing transfers across our international production network * Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 15378, customer requirements and internal standards * Secure successful project approval, production release and project closure What makes you great * At least 5 years o
