Our People & Organization Team is growing! We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team by adding a second Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale our efforts in attracting and hiring top talent. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to meet No Isolation’s recruitment needs as we grow in existing and new markets. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure they are supported in identifying and selecting the right talent to fuel our expansion. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, continuously improve No Isolation’s ability to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will report to the Chief People & Organization Officer. What you'll be doing... Collaborating with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align the hiring process with business needs and goals Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate selection processes Sourcing and recruitment: Proactively source candidates across current and emerging markets Produce compelling job postings Streamline and automate recruitment tasks to improve efficiency Working across markets: Support international recruitment across multiple countries, adapting to local candidate markets, hiring cultures, and role-specific expectations Candidate screening and assessment: Review resumes and applications Conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates Manage and interpret Alva Labs assessments to support data-informed hiring decisions Employer branding: Promote
