Your key responsibilities will include:- Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations- Support the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management- Manage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system- Ensure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system- Participate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures- Support the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries- Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as requiredYour Profile- Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment- Good knowled
