We provide a full range of intellectual property services, supporting clients in achieving their commercial objectives and protecting their innovations and brands.Our Stockholm office is a growing part of the firm and we are looking for a talented, organised and proactive Trade Mark Paralegal to join the team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is looking to build their career within Trade Marks. Previous intellectual property experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and willingness to learn.The roleAs a Trade Mark Paralegal, you will play an important role in supporting the management of Trade Mark portfolios and providing high-quality support to our attorneys and clients.This is a varied and fast-paced role involving the preparation of Trade Mark registry documentation, client reporting, correspondence with Trade Mark registries and the accurate maintenance of case records and deadlines.Working closely with professional staff and colleagues across the firm, you will also liaise with clients, overseas attorneys and other legal firms around the world.Being part of our Stockholm office will give you the opportunity to contribute to a growing local team while benefiting from the knowledge, infrastructure and support of a wider European IP practice.Key responsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include: Preparing Trade Mark registry forms and associated documentation. Preparing reports and updates for clients. Corresponding with Trade Mark registries and other relevant intellectual property offices. Processing and docketing incoming correspondence. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records on the firm's systems. Monitoring and managing deadlines and ensuring appropriate action is taken
