Senior CMP Engineer for Next-Gen 3D NAND & Advanced Etch

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the dry etch team and drive next generation NAND research. You will own CMP process development, collaborating across Wet etch, CVD, diffusion, metals, lithography, and dry etch to meet program and yield goals. This role requires deep CMP expertise, 5–10 years in semiconductor CMP, and strong communication and leadership abilities to mentor teams and coordinate with partners globally.
