Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops for AI Scale-Up

Codeway is seeking a strategic Operations Leader to work directly with our Founding Partner & VP, in close contact with our CEO and vertical leaders across Finance, Legal, HR, and Global Mobility. The role requires sharp thinking, high ownership, and the ability to translate between teams to land decisive outcomes. You will start without a formal team, with scope expanding as you prove impact.
