Aufgrund des starken und stetigen Wachstums suchen wir für unser humorvolles Beratungsteam, ambitionierte 1 Banking Customer Advisor (m/f/d) Our client is an internationally operating financial institution with a strong focus on excellent customer service. This position is offered on a full-time basis. Aufgaben * You are the first point of contact for members, providing competent, service-oriented and professional support across all their financial needs. * You open and manage accounts, process applications and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all administrative processes. * You advise members on banking products and services, particularly account and lending products, and support them in selecting suitable solutions. * You calculate loan and interest rates, prepare the relevant documentation and support the processing of loan applications. * You ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Profil * At least two years of professional experience in private client or retail banking. * A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking environment (e.g. account management, financial services, confidentiality and lending), or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire the necessary expertise. * Very good command of English, which will be assessed as part of the application process. * A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong service-oriented mindset.
