Forward Deployed Engineer — Triage & Agent Automation

AssemblyAI is growing quickly and is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for our Triage team. You'll own a book of customer accounts up to $50K a year, solving technical problems directly and building the agents that handle our first line of customer contact. Most work happens in Slack, with customers and our Engineering/Research teams. You'll turn escalations into fixes, file actionable bugs, and help improve our docs and SDKs for better developer experience. J-18808-Ljbffr
