We believe in creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive, grow, and achieve their full potential.Your Role We are seeking a qualified MYP Individuals \& Societies Teacher (m/w/d) – 100% to join our Middle and Senior School from 2027\.You will teach Individuals \& Societies across Grades 6–10 within the IB Middle Years Programme, fostering students’ curiosity about the world, critical thinking, and understanding of historical, geographical, social, and political perspectives.What you will do:Teaching \& Learning* Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry\-based lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework.* Develop students’ research, critical thinking, and analytical skills through the exploration of real\-world issues and multiple perspectives.* Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and promote an inclusive classroom environment.* Establish clear expectations and maintain a positive, supportive learning environment.Assessment \& Curriculum Development* Design formative and summative assessments aligned with IB MYP criteria, providing timely and constructive feedback to support student progress.* Maintain up\-to\-date unit planners
