[Contract Information] This role is part-time (20 hours per week). A day in your life with us • performing administration tasks concerning whole employee cycle in the company - from hiring to termination and all in between • payroll support, e.g. running additional checks • processing ongoing orders from the country in the system, e.g. preparation of ad hoc reports, performing OM changes • contacting the national HR unit, e.g. for clarification of an error in an insurance application, • work in Excel, e.g. combining data for analysis • work at a "helpline", i.e. employee support line (telephone/e-mail/chat), • FIKA, that is a coffee break (virtual or on the office patio), • morning catch-up with the team, • monthly team meeting, e.g. to discuss current topics, holiday plans, important instructions from the Business Partn...
