Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re now looking for an Integration Lead to help us shape the future of Tise as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem🚀 In this role, you’ll act as the central program manager and point of contact for all back-office functional integration activities — connecting the dots between Tise, eBay’s integration teams, and key functional leads across the business. You’ll make sure we stay aligned, coordinated, and ready to deliver on our ambitious goals while preserving the unique Tise culture that makes us who we are. What you’ll accomplish: Lead Integration Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with eBay’s Business Unit Integration Lead and integration teams. Attend central integration meetings, provide status updates, and ensure requirements from leadership are surfaced and documented. Drive Execution: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of all back-office integration deliverables — raising issues, managing dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with partners. Problem-Solve Across Functions: Identify, raise, and help resolve risks, blockers, and resource constraints in collaboration with eMIT and functional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall integration strategy. Facilitate Collaboration: Pull in relevant team members as needed for project inputs, functional expertise, and solution delivery across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
