MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. GS-07: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-05 or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience: (1) preparing administrative reports and correspondence in accordance with policy/regulation; (2) assisting in the execution of administrative programs such as the Drug Demand Reduction Program, Unit Security Program, Defense Travel System, Publications and Forms Program, and/or training programs; (3) facilitating the flow of work by ensuring all tasks are appropriately assigned, tracked, and completed by the suspense date.
