Your Future Role The Senior Performance Controller supports the global financial steering and performance management of Innomotics, a EUR 3 billion international industrial company. The role provides transparent, forward-looking management insights, ensures robust planning and reporting processes, and acts as a key finance business partner to divisions, central functions and senior management. - Lead and continuously improve global management reporting, performance analysis and executive decision support. - Coordinate and challenge general forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring consistency, quality and timely delivery. - Act as the central controlling interface to divisions for month-end closing (Ultimo), forecast cycles and performance reviews. - Develop and maintain standards for profit bridge analyses, enabling transparent explanations of profitability developments and key value drivers. - Own global working-capita
