Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Deal Advisory – Tech CoE ==================================================================== **Location:** Zurich **Workload:** 100\-100% **Start Date:** By agreement \* Lead technology M\&A workstreams across due diligence, integration and separation projects, support clients through critical transaction decisions and translate complex technology topics into tangible business value \* Assess technology capabilities, operating models, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and IT cost structures to identify risks and value creation opportunities \* Develop and quality\-review technology due diligence reports, highlighting risks, value drivers and implications for deal decisions \* Translate technology findings into strategic, operational and financial implications linked to operating model, synergies and deal value \* Support the design and execution of technology integration and separation strategies, including Day 1 readiness, TSA planning and target operating models \* Coordinate client and cross\-functional teams, manage deliverables and timelines, and presen
