JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La is seeking an Area Hygiene Manager to lead food safety, hygiene, sanitation and regulatory compliance across Shangri-La Singapore properties. You will drive standardisation of practices and maintain a strong safety culture. You will provide strategic leadership to Hygiene Managers, ensure audit readiness, manage risk, and ensure compliance with SFS, ISO 22000 and local regulations, delivering continuous improvement cluster-wide.
