1 Program Manager (f/m/d) As Program Manager, you will lead strategically important business and technology programs across multiple sites, functions, and value streams, translating business objectives into executable program portfolios while ensuring alignment between executive leadership and operational teams. As a senior leader, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives, establish program governance and organizational capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor in a dynamic global manufacturing environment. Your Responsibilities * Lead complex, high-impact programs across multiple sites and functions to achieve strategic business objectives. * Translate BU strategy into executable program roadmaps in order to accelerate growth, operational excellence, and profitability. * Lead and coordinate cross-functional program teams across Operations, Technology Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Commercial functions to ensure aligned and effective execution of strategic initiatives. * Establish robust program governance, reporting frameworks, risk management processes, and escalation mechanisms to enable transparency and timely executive decision-making. * Drive business and operational transformation programs that improve cost, delivery, quality, productivity, and organizational effectiveness through sustainable change management. * Develop business cases, investment proposals, and portfolio recommendations by assessing market opportunities, technology trends, customer requirements, financial impacts, and resource needs. * Build organizational program management capability by mentoring project and program managers, implementing best practices, and continuously improving Business Unit project and program management frameworks. * Manage strategic stakeholder relationships, executive communications, customer engagements, and cross-regional alignment to secure commitment, maximize collaboration, and ensure successful deliver
