For our client, a leading financial institution based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior BI / Data \& Campaign Analytics Specialist to support ongoing data analytics, business intelligence and customer campaign initiatives.Senior BI/Data \& Campaign Analytics Specialist (Banking)Job description:* Develop, maintain and optimise complex SQL queries within a banking Data Warehouse environment.* Extract, analyse and structure customer data to support business intelligence, marketing campaigns and reporting.* Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, Load Scripts and data models.* Perform customer segmentation and targeted customer selections for marketing campaigns and lead generation.* Analyse campaign performance across digital channels, including response rates, click\-through rates and customer engagement.* Work with customer experience and survey data, including text and sentiment analysis.* Develop meaningful KPIs, reports and dashboards to support business decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.* Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring reliable and consistent reporting.* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical analytical solutions.* Independently manage and prioritise requests from multiple business owners.About the customer:In this role, you will work with complex banking data environments, develop analytical solutions and provide actionable insights to support marketing campaigns, customer engagement and business decision\-making.The ideal candidate combines advanced SQL expertise, hands\-on Qlik Sense development experience and a strong understanding of campaign analytics and customer experience data.
