Our client is an association. Jobomschrijving Creation of membership invoices and fee collection. Preparation of monthly report for financial matters eg list of invoices for month; summary of expenses; explanation of unusual/unbudgeted cost; Automate all regular procedures to maximise efficiency of the Association reviewing role of AI in helpgin achieve this; Develop written procedures for all adminstrative processes and communicate these to the team; Provide meetings support to the Secretariat such as room booking, catering, hotel booking; Ensure lists of local hotels and restaurants are available for members; Provide admnistrative support for any EU projects. You must have experience in finance & administration.You have appetence for NGO sector.You have a professional level in English.
