We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven Account Executive to partner closely with the founder and our first Sales Lead in Norway to help grow the market. You'll be on the ground in Norway, based in Construction City in Oslo, turning early pipeline into a real market position. 🇩🇰 Who we are proprty.ai is a Danish AI SaaS start-up helping property portfolio owners make smarter, more sustainable decisions about their buildings. We automate technical condition assessments and generate data-driven maintenance plans that reduce risk, save money, and minimise CO₂. We already work with some of Denmark's largest real estate players, partnering with roughly 18% of the Danish residential property market. We're now taking that same value proposition into Norway, with a strong anchor through OBOS, one of the country's largest and most influential real estate organisations. 🇳🇴 Why Norway Norway's real estate sector is large, professionally managed, and under growing pressure to document and maintain its buildings, yet it is only beginning to digitise. We focus on three segments, each with a clear and urgent reason to act: Municipalities own around 27 million m² of public buildings with an estimated technical deficit of nearly NOK 300 billion, and three out of four are not on track to reduce it. Social housing organisations manage close to 10% of the housing stock, much of it in poor condition, under growing political pressure to prioritise what gets fixed and when. Institutional real estate investors are under constant pressure to optimise both capex and opex, protect asset values, and defend yield to their investors. Without structured data on the condition and maintenance needs of their buildings, they are making million-kroner decisions in the dark. 🎯 Your responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new customers across the Norwegian market.
