Aufgaben -------- **People \& Operations** * Drives the quarterly goal\-setting process and holds KPI owners accountable to their targets * Oversee all aspects of people operations, from recruitment to off\-boarding * Lead, coach and develop a team of eight, including regular one\-on\-one's and performance reviews * Run cross\-team initiatives end\-to\-end (e.g. pricing changes, tooling migrations): plan, delegate \& assign work and report on progress * Own the operational cost base: vendor/freelancer contracts, tooling spend, and budget decisions up to a set limit * our company culture and internal communication. Organise company retreats, run workshops, maintain our company handbook * Monitor operational performance and flag issues before they become problems Qualifikation ------------- **Requirements** * At least Bachelor's degree \- we’re open to both Arts and Science degrees. * Strong analytical sk
