Workday Cross‑Application Analyst – Remote (Spain/Portugal)

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, and efficient business processes while enabling value from Workday across teams. You will manage cross-application Workday configuration, collaborate with international stakeholders, and support releases, reporting, and integrations.
