Job description: Optimise production performance and capacity in Karlskrona Would you like to improve how production capacity, testing and maintenance are planned within a growing international organisation? As Production Performance Analytics Specialist, you will analyse operational data, identify bottlenecks and forecast disruptions before they affect output, quality or operational stability. This is an opportunity to support NKT’s expanding cable production and contribute to the infrastructure required for the green transition. Turn operational data into practical production improvements Working within Operation Analytics, you will support predictable and efficient production and testing. You will combine capacity analysis, performance indicators, scenario modelling and operational forecasts to identify limitations and recommend improvements. Your analysis will support production planning, shift structures, resource allocation, maintenance and equipment utilisation. Your responsibility will be to: Produce production and testing capacity forecasts for 2–6 weeks and 3–12 months Identify bottlenecks across production, testing and material flows Analyse performance patterns and prepare clear decision material Recommend improvements to capacity, staffing, pacing and equipment planning Provide weekly performance signals and quarterly capacity analyses The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden, and involves close cooperation with Ope
