For our Client, a large pharmaceutical company based in **Basel**, we are seeking an experienced **Access Excellence Director** to join the Value \& Access organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across international markets, enabling data\-driven decision\-making, and building best\-in\-class access performance management capabilities. You will lead the development and execution of governance processes, KPI frameworks, analytics strategies, budgeting processes, and knowledge management initiatives that support high\-quality access outcomes across the organization. Acting as a key partner to Access, HEOR, Pricing, Finance, Analytics, and market teams, you will ensure consistent execution, strong performance visibility, and continuous improvement across the access function. Key Responsibilities * Drive operational excellence across the Value \& Access organization through robust governance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Own and evolve access governance processes, decision\-support systems, and the overall Access Excellence operating model. * Develop and maintain enterprise\-wide access KPI frameworks and dashboards across pre\-launch, launch, post\-launch, and lifecycle management activities. * Enable data\-driven decision\-making by delivering meaningful insights, analytics, and performance reporting to senior leadership. * Define and implement access data standards, governance principles, quality controls, and reporting processes. * Partner with IT, analytics teams, and markets to establish reliable data flows and ensure a single source of truth for access\-related data. * Lead annual budgeting and financial planning activities across Access functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective resource allocation. * Monitor budgets, evaluate investment decisions, and support trade\-off discussions through business\-focused analytics. * Facilitate best\-practice shari
