TRAINING SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising command leadership, staff, and external defense organizations as the primary authoritative point of contact on all high-risk Force Protection (FP) academic and practical training matters; 2) Coordinating training site operations, including instructional delivery, course sequencing, contracted support, manpower requirements, logistics, facilities, and financial resource allocation; 3) Evaluating specialized high-risk training curricula, tactical exercises, and program standards to ensure compliance with Navy, Marine Corps, and Department of Defense (DoD) Antiterrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) directives; 4) Directing a diverse team of military, civilian, and contractor instructors to ensure proper instructional c
