Responsibilities Lead the technical direction and coordination of a specialized development team. Design complex systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Build and maintain robust backend services using Python and Django . Develop modern frontend interfaces using React . Establish coding standards and perform code reviews to ensure technical excellence. Translate business requirements into technical implementations in an Agile environment. Manage deployments and automation using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design . 8+ years of experience in backend development using Python and Django . 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . 8+ years of experience with Docker , Docker Compose , and CI/CD processes. 8+ years of experience in data-driven application development with SQL and pandas . Possess extensive knowledge of API development including REST , SOAP , and GraphQL . You have expertise in version control using Git , GitHub , and GitLab . You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. You are fluent in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Willingness to obtain a security clearance. Passive knowledge of both Dutch and French .
