Job Title: B2B Business Development ManagerJob Description:Develop and implement strategic B2B business development plans for telecommunications and business communication solutions, targeting SMEs, large enterprises, and corporate clients across the Irish market in alignment with organisational growth objectives.Identify, research, and qualify prospective business customers through market analysis, industry research, networking, referrals, and targeted business outreach to generate new commercial opportunities.Conduct detailed assessments of prospective clients' existing telecommunications infrastructure, network capabilities, connectivity requirements, workforce mobility needs, and business communication systems to identify potential service gaps and commercial opportunities.Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, client consultations, requirements gathering, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and successful contract execution.Design and recommend tailored telecommunications and business communication solutions incorporating business mobile services, fixed-line telephony, broadband, fibre connectivity, hosted voice, cloud-based communication platforms, and Internet of Things (IoT) services.Analyse customers' operational structures, business workflows, workforce distribution, and communication requirements to develop appropriate telecommunications configurations that enhance connectivity, business mobility, operational efficiency, and service reliabilitySalary: €40,000 per annumWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per weekPlace of Work: As per current location
