Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO As a Design Manager within Retail Tech, you’ll lead and grow a team of digital product designers shaping the experiences that power everyday work across H&M stores globally. You’ll champion design quality and turn complex retail challenges into intuitive solutions that create meaningful impact for our colleagues, customers and business. Lead, coach and develop designers through clear feedback, individual growth plans and continuous learning. Ensure end-to-end experience quality across usability, accessibility, consistency and brand direction. Plan design capacity and allocate resources across areas and product teams to meet current and future needs. Improve collaboration, workflows and governance across design, product, engineering, operations and brand. Guide the adoption and continuous improvement of relevant design systems to deliver consistent experiences at scale. Strengthen design maturity and ways of working across Retail Tech, enabling designers to work more strategically and create greater impact. Define and track design KPIs, using research insights and performance data to improve user and business outcomes. Build an inclusive team culture based on trust, wellbeing, engagement and sustainable performance.
