EDUCATION PROGRAM SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position: GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with workforce and academic institutions to expand specialized distance and traditional learning programs for operational personnel; 2) Analyzing educational program metrics, survey data, and funding utilization using statistical methodologies to drive strategic policy recommendations; 3) Managing critical skills training execution and procurement compliance to ensure full fiscal accountability and audit readiness.
