Strategic Territory Leader - FMCG Trade Marketing

BAT is seeking a Territory Manager to lead and develop a regional team across multiple locations in South Africa. You will drive trade marketing and distribution objectives, coach reps, and ensure efficient use of resources to grow BAT Multi-Category Product sales. You will report to Regional Management, manage 6-9 direct reports, travel within the territory, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver outlet profitability and market expansion.
