Remote Director of Search Marketing

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Director of Search Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO functions. You will guide the strategists, set channel budgets, and own department results while not personally building campaigns. You will be the client-facing owner when accounts underperform and shape audits, reporting, and overall quality. Expect strong agency leadership responsibilities with a hiring plan within a quarter.
