PUBLICATIONS MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-12, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes knowledge in applying or adapting pertinent Department of War, Joint Staff, and Service directives relating to publications management and functions, principles and processed of retiring publication record sets; ability to interpret these directives for organizations and project officers; knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques as well as measurements of data to plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Publications and Forms program operations to include ado
