Supervisory Mission Support Specialist

Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Providing senior level advisory and technical services for a mission support area(s). Participating in and making contributions to management decisions in assigned program areas. Developing new or modified mission support work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective services to customers. Developing and delivering briefings, project papers status/staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations for assigned program area. Resolving or advising on complex mission support problems and issues that typically require analyzing and/or troubleshooting a wide range of unusual conditions.
