Management and Program Analyst (Workforce Management)

Experience GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Assisting the executive staff in the development of field office policy and recommending changes to improve service. Performing a wide range of administrative and analytical duties required to develop and implement workforce management programs. Researching and recommending options on technical personnel changes or developments. Coordinating with the CBP Hiring Center (CBP-HC) to resolve processing, recruitments, reporting and other technical issues. Monitoring sensitive information systems to ensure compliance with performance management requirements. Education Substitution GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or an equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in any field, or L.L.M for the experience required at the GS-11 grade lev
